That’s why we offer customised staff wellbeing packages designed to support your employees’ mental, physical, and emotional health, all while fitting within your budget. We believe that as individuals, we all have individual needs and a ‘one size fits all’ approach does not work. We therefore offer a range of services that can be built in and around your workplace.

Reach out for an initial conversation about the needs of your company. We will look at the size of the team, what you have in place already, what has worked/not worked, what would be possible in your setting (In-person/online sessions), the budget that you have available and what you hope to get out of creating this package. This information will then be used to create an individual programme for your workplace, detailing the specific services and professionals that could be offered. If you are in agreement with the package, based on the information that we have received, we would propose dates and times to be confirmed by yourself. The programme would then be put into practice, and continually monitored by ourselves. A report would then be provided at the end of the programme, detailing the success, attendance and feedback from staff, allowing you as a company to make an informed decision on future programmes with us.
